Just Leased in Thousand Oaks

Estate Match Realty is pleased to announce the leasing of Oakbrook Shopping Center in Thousand Oaks, CA to Five07, a new young and hip coffee bar and eatery, a filling a void in the Thousand Oaks area. Heather Boren of Estate Match Realty represented the Tenant and Scott Siegel of CBRE represented the Landlord.

After a long search for the right property, Oakbrook was selected due to their location and smoothness of the transaction on both sides: Von's anchored shopping center appear, existing mix of local and national tenant presence, abundant parking, ownership's long-term vision of the center and responsive coordination. The owners of Five07 are natives to the Thousand Oaks area, and saw a need for a community place. And therefore they created the concept of Five07.
